Visit the Chickens

The kids love coming to see our chickens. We currently have 12 chickens in our coop who enjoy a very happy life here at the bakery.

As with most things at Nettie's, we built our chicken coop by hand, incorporating classic design elements (like an antique door and window), and making sure to take no shortcuts. Our chickens love their spacious home, the abundant sunlight, and the open air.

If you're wondering, we do use their eggs in our baked good (although they don't produce nearly enough for us!).
